On one hand — Tuscan sheep's milk, processed by Caseificio Busti according to established artisanal tradition. On the other — Pistacchio Verde di Bronte, one of the most precious products of Sicilian gastronomy, grown on lava soils on the slopes of Mount Etna at an altitude that enhances colour, aroma and concentration. The pistachio is mixed directly into the paste during production, creating an even distribution that shows on every cut in bright green colour and unique aroma.
