1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Global Mario Marketplace and the users of the platform.
By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Description
Global Mario is a global B2B marketplace connecting suppliers and buyers directly.
Important: Global Mario is not a party to any transactions. Payments are made directly outside the platform.
Global Mario is not responsible for the quality of goods or financial arrangements between participants.
3. Registration and Account
Registration is required to use the platform. The user must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep contact information up to date
- Not share access credentials with third parties
- Notify the platform if unauthorized access is suspected
Global Mario reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.
4. KYB / KYC Verification
Suppliers are required to complete identity (KYC) or company (KYB) verification. The verification method depends on the supplier's country.
In countries supported by Stripe (the list is determined by Stripe and may change), verification is done through Stripe onboarding and is free for the supplier.
In other countries, verification is done through Shufti Pro and is paid separately:
- KYC (individuals) — $5 USD
- KYB (companies and sole proprietors) — $15 USD
The Shufti Pro verification fee is paid once; retries after technical errors are free. In countries where verification goes through Stripe, there is nothing to pay.
5. Refund Policy
The verification fee is non-refundable except in the cases specified in this policy.
The table below applies to paid verification through Shufti Pro. If verification was completed for free through Stripe, there is nothing to pay or refund. General refund policy:

Refunds are processed automatically via Stripe.
Repeated attempts where the user is at fault are free of charge.
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the period already paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
Global Mario is not liable for:
- Quality of goods
- Failure of transaction parties to fulfill their obligations
- Customs delays
- Losses arising from the use of the platform
8. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe with automatic renewal.
Global Mario does not store bank card details. Payments are processed in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
9. Termination of Use
A user may delete their account at any time. All data will be deleted within 30 days.
