Identity and Company Verification

Why

Without verification, products do not appear on the storefront. After verification, the seller receives a "Verified" badge.

How it works

  • In countries where Stripe operates, verification is done by connecting Stripe payment processing. This is free, and documents are uploaded on the Stripe page.
  • In other countries, verification is paid through the Didit service. The price is indicated on the verification page.
  • An individual goes through identity verification: a document and a selfie, usually 1–3 minutes, the result is sent to email.
  • A company goes through two verifications: the representative's identity (automatic) and the company itself — an extract from the registry or registration certificate is reviewed by an administrator, up to 48 hours. The profile must contain the company name and registration number.
  • While verification is in progress, products can already be added — they will appear immediately after approval.
  • If a document is rejected, a retry attempt is free. Money is refunded only in case of a technical error on the platform.

Seller with direct settlement

In a country where Stripe does not operate, after verification, the seller settles with buyers directly, bypassing the platform. On their products, instead of "Buy" there is "Contact the seller". They do not need to connect payment processing.
