Price and availability requests

On the product page, a buyer can request a price (if it is "by request") or check availability. The request goes to the seller in the "Incoming requests" section, and the buyer can see theirs in "My requests". Respond in the chat.

RFQ — request for quotation

RFQ is a business buyer's request: "I'm looking for this product, this volume, these terms". Only a company can submit it. The request goes to the cabinets of companies that have products in this category; they see it in the "RFQ requests" section and send an offer. Private sellers do not see RFQ.

• The buyer can see their requests in "My RFQ" and can close them. After 90 days from submission, an open request closes automatically — regardless of whether there were any responses.
• If suitable sellers are not yet available, the request is saved and will reach the seller when a product appears in this category.
• The request and responses are translated into all languages.
