Seller Rating

Recalculates automatically: reviews — 40%, reliability (order confirmation and chat response speed) — 30%, product card completeness — 20%, verification — 10%. To improve it: confirm orders on time, respond quickly, fill out product cards completely (photos, description, price, weight). You cannot buy a rating.

Response time is calculated based on correspondence with buyers over the last 90 days and is displayed only when there are at least three inquiries.

Reviews

• A buyer writes a review after confirming receipt of the order themselves — then it is a verified purchase, and the rating is included in the seller rating.
• A review without a verified purchase is visible but not counted in the rating.
• Every review goes through moderation.
• A seller can reply to a review once in the «Reviews» section. The reply does not go through moderation and appears under the review immediately.

Product Questions

Buyers ask questions on the product page — they are visible to everyone right away. You receive a notification, and you can reply in the «Product Questions» section or on the product page. There is one reply, it is translated into all languages and sent to the buyer.

Statistics

Product and profile views, views by day, conversion to order (paid orders per 100 views) and best products. On Free and Basic — for 7 days and 3 best products, with Pro — for 30 days and 10 products.

Subscribers

Buyers who subscribed to your cabinet receive notifications about new products, price changes and new discounts.
