Price list, Shopify, WooCommerce and API

What is available

Bulk upload — from the Pro plan: price list file, Shopify or WooCommerce store connection and product transfer via API.

Price list file

• Formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv. XML files are not accepted.
• You can send the file as is: columns in any language, company header above the table does not interfere. Mario will determine which column is responsible for what and show it for review.
• The row must contain name, price (or a dash — then "price upon request"), currency, unit, weight, stock. Description, category and HS code will be added by the platform itself; delivery will be taken from your settings.
• If the price list contains rows that differ only in packaging, they can be merged into one card with variants.
• If you are a VAT payer, each product group must have a rate — otherwise the rows will not be uploaded.

Shopify

Connected in the "Price list" → "Shopify store" section:

• Open the Shopify developer cabinet — dev.shopify.com — under the same account as your store.
• "Apps" → "Create app" → "Create app manually". Name is anything, app URL — https://globalmario.com. Uncheck "Embed app in Shopify admin panel".
• In "Access scopes" enter read_products,read_inventory,write_inventory and create the app. If Shopify asks — release a version.
• Install the app to your store. After installation, the Global Mario website will open — this is as it should be.
• In the app settings, copy Client ID and secret (Client secret).
• In the cabinet, enter the store address, paste Client ID and secret, click "Connect", then "Transfer products now".

Next, the platform checks products and stock every hour, and sales on the platform reduce the stock in Shopify upon confirmation of availability.

WooCommerce

In WordPress admin: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → "Add key" with "Read/write" permissions. Insert the site address, Consumer key and Consumer secret into the cabinet. Update — every hour, accurate stock levels, sales reduce stock in WooCommerce. Bundle and external products, as well as products without a price, are not transferred.

One store — Shopify or WooCommerce — is connected to one cabinet.

API

Your IT system can transfer products, prices and stock with a POST request to /api/v1/products with a key. The key is issued in the cabinet and shown once — save it. A revoked key cannot be returned, only a new one can be issued.
