Seller orders: confirmation, shipment, payment
How an order arrives
The buyer pays — the money is blocked on their card, but not charged. You receive an email, push notification and a chat message asking you to confirm availability.
Confirmation deadline
3 hours of your working time. Working hours and time zone are set in settings (default 8:00–21:00). An order received outside working hours starts counting from the beginning of the next working period.
- You can confirm from the email or from the "Orders" section, for each item separately.
- Confirmed items are charged (goods and delivery), the rest is released.
- If you don't confirm in time — the item is cancelled, money is not charged to the buyer.
- You cannot cancel a rejection by item: the buyer will receive a cancellation notice.
Shipment and closure
After confirmation, mark the shipment and enter the tracking number. The buyer confirms receipt — after that they can leave a review. If the buyer doesn't respond, the order closes automatically 45 days after shipment; 15 days before that they receive a reminder, and the "hasn't arrived yet" button extends the deadline.
Payment
- The payment is created directly in your Stripe account, in your account currency. The marketplace does not hold money between buyer and seller.
- Marketplace commission — 4.5% of the cost of goods, no more than $180 per order. Delivery and duties are not subject to commission.
- Stripe transfers money to your bank card or account according to its payment schedule — you can see it in your Stripe cabinet.
Multiple sellers in one order
Each seller has their own payment. If a seller doesn't have payment acceptance enabled, their items are removed from the order, the rest are processed.
