Delivery: warehouses, own delivery, carrier keys

How delivery price is calculated in the cart

In order: seller's "Own delivery" table → their own carrier key → platform carrier tariffs → "delivery to be clarified with seller".

My warehouses

You need at least one warehouse with an address and postal code: delivery zones and distance to the buyer are calculated from it. For pickup, the buyer will see the warehouse address and phone number after order confirmation.

Own delivery

A table of your prices and delivery times by zones. The platform determines the zone itself based on the distance from the warehouse to the buyer; customs border and remote locations add a zone. The price can be fixed or tiered by weight. An empty zone means the platform carriers will calculate the price if they can.

Must be filled in if the warehouse is in a country where the platform does not automatically calculate delivery. We recommend filling it in for others as well: platform carriers do not calculate delivery to all countries.

Fixed delivery

If delivery costs the same for all countries, enable a fixed price — for the product or by default for all. Then the "Own delivery" table is not used. The price is charged once per shipment, regardless of how many items are in it.

Delivery keys

The "Delivery keys" section — so that the delivery price is calculated according to your contract with the delivery service. Insert your service account key; tariffs will appear if carriers are connected in it. No required service — submit a request, we will connect it.

Label and shipment

The platform calculates the delivery price, and the seller purchases the label themselves from their carrier. If the platform calculated the price, it may be higher with your carrier — the difference is at your expense.

Who pays for delivery and default conditions

For each product: buyer or seller. Default delivery conditions for new products (who pays, fixed price) are set in the "My warehouses" section; they can be changed for an individual product. Pickup is without delivery.
