Account management: profile, seller page, closure

Name and details

The name of an individual and the legal data of a company (name, address, tax and registration number) are fixed after the first save — they are linked to verification. You can correct a typo with the "Request correction" button: the administrator reviews the request.

Name and company name are written in Latin characters, as in documents: they are read by buyers from all countries, and they are printed on the receipt.

VAT payer

The question "Are you a VAT payer?":

  • "No" — if you are not a VAT payer or work under a simplified regime (for example, forfettario). Your price is final.
  • "Yes" — products will have a choice of "price with VAT / without VAT" and rate. The platform does not guess the rate — you specify it.

Seller page

  • Cover — a wide photo in the header of the public page, like in social media; the avatar is placed on top. Frame 3:1, the frame is selected by dragging and slider.
  • Gallery — up to 8 photos (production, team, warehouse, store) or YouTube and Vimeo links, caption up to 60 characters.
  • Tagline — up to 120 characters, "About the company" — up to 1500, "About yourself" for an individual — up to 600.

Working hours and time zone

The order confirmation deadline is calculated from them: an order outside working hours waits for the start of the next working period.

Notifications

In the "Notifications" section — what and where arrives: email and push. An individual and a company have their own settings.

Close this cabinet

Closes one role, the second cabinet and login remain. Products are immediately hidden, Stripe subscription is canceled and will not be turned back on. In 30 days the cabinet will close; before that, the request can be withdrawn. Data is stored for another year. You cannot close while there are open orders — an order is closed when the buyer confirms receipt.

Delete account

Deletes the login and both cabinets. The same deadlines: 30 days to withdraw the request, data is stored for a year. Also not possible with open orders.
